This is one spread from a detailed 76 page document that was a detailed response to an Invitation to Tender for a multi-million pound Media Centre at Edge Hill University.  By replacing the industry-standard 'A4 Word and Excel' approach with an exciting new design format which makes extensive use of graphics and replaces jargon with clear, everyday language we were able to communicate the features of our client's response with a 'wow' factor that made our submission a talking point in itself!  The combination of our client's expertise and our communication skills impressed enough to secure the contract.
